Held in November 2022, Nintendo Indie World revealed a number of great indie hits coming to Nintendo Switch (including the groundbreaking Encryption), as well as a number of promising ones including WrestleQuest, blanc, and Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly. While the Switch lineup for the rest of 2022 looks bare on the AAA front, it leaves plenty of room for these excellent indie experiences.

Outside is a culinary experience about family and love
The first Nintendo Indie World showcase trailer was for Outside, an upcoming cooking simulator that features traditional Indian recipes and a deep story about family and the power of love. Food is what brings us all together – and Outside explores this relationship spring 2023 [Northern Hemisphere].
in Goodbye world, two indie developers are trying to come up with the perfect idea for their next game. This ruckus takes place in a gorgeous pixelated story filled with smaller platforming segments as the two developers figure out what their game should be.
It launches in November 2022.
A nice death coming to Switch in 2023
in beautiful death you play as an adorable grim reaper on a side-scrolling mission to defeat the forces of a strange underworld. The action takes place in beautiful, beautifully rendered locations, with elegant combat being a nice touch. This ‘Metroidvania’ roguelike is coming to Nintendo Switch on March 22, 2023.
aka is a relaxing game about a retired red panda warrior
As announced during Nintendo Indie World, aka is an adventure game that features a retired panda warrior trying to find inner peace. On this journey, Aka will travel through a beautiful world, farm, craft, explore dungeons and accept quests.
This game will launch for Nintendo Switch on December 15, 2022.
pepper mill is an exercise based adventure game
pepper mill, a new game from Ahr Ech and publisher Devolver Digital, features meaty action platformers backed by a giant drill. In this adventure, your warrior controls this drill to defeat enemies, traverse new terrains, and jump across great chasms. In short, it looks like an explosion of pepper grinding.

Coffee Talk Episode 2 coming to Switch in 2023
The main sequel to the indie hit Talking about coffeewhich features magical beings discussing their problems in a cafe, is officially coming to Nintendo Switch spring 2023 [Northern Hemisphere]. If you want to bounce around and meet some monsters, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is the game for you.
ONI: The Path to the Most Powerful Oni is a wonderful 3D action adventure game
ONI: The Path to the Most Powerful Oni is an upcoming 3D action adventure game where you try to be the biggest demon in the middle of beautiful landscapes and mysterious forests. Along the way you will meet other oni, master combat skills and learn to survive in a hostile world. This game will launch for Nintendo Switch on March 9, 2023.
Desta: Memories between coming to Switch in early 2023
Desta: Memories betweena tactical roguelike with a focus on character development and relationships, is coming to Nintendo Switch beginning of 2023. The game has already appeared on mobile devices via Netflix games and should find a welcome home on the Nintendo Switch.
Space for the unfettered is a surreal romp set in Indonesia
in Space for the unfettered, you will meet a pair of school children growing up in rural Indonesia in the late 1990s. In his struggle for identity, he learns how to make better friendships as well as develop his latent psychic abilities, participating in QTE combat battles and encountering strange monsters.

The game will launch for Nintendo Switch on January 19, 2023.
Dordogne is a hand-painted photo adventure
in Dordogne, you explore beautiful hand-painted landscapes with a handy camera at your side. You can travel this wonderful country on foot or by sea and spend your time exactly as you like. According to developer Cédric Babouche, who appeared during Nintendo’s Indie World showcase, the game follows a young woman in search of her childhood memories, which she has mysteriously forgotten.
Players will be able to discover these memories when they launch the game spring 2023 [Northern Hemisphere].
Botanical castle is a first-person gardening sim
in Botanical castle, you are tasked with taking care of a magnificent estate full of plants. In first-person mode, you’ll take care of this estate and its garden through plant puzzles – in a sort of Myst-like a story full of mysteries to unravel. You’ll be able to “stop and smell the flowers” on Nintendo Switch. 2023.
Once Upon A Jester illuminates the comedy-theatre show
in Once Upon A Jester, you play as a strange jester who tries to create funny games and entertain his peers in a medieval society, even as he faces increasing competition and hostility. This jester’s life is tough – but you can help him on his comedic journey.

Rogue Legacy 2 is now available on Nintendo Switch
Beloved action roguelike Rogue Legacy 2 is officially available on Nintendo Switch from November 10, 2022 (today!). It was a big surprise that was announced at the Nintendo Indie World show, and it was accompanied by a lavish trailer showing all the dungeon crawling delights that new players will encounter in this wild story.

After this Blanc – the Nintendo Switch co-op game featuring a she-wolf and a fawn traveling home has received a brand new trailer. The game will start February 14, 2023.

- Encryptiona spooky card-based adventure game, is being ported to the Nintendo Switch on December 1, 2022.

If you’re looking for a way to take your mind off the world, A little to the left it will probably be for you. In this cozy organization game, you are tasked with solving various puzzles that require conscious movements and delicate placement of objects.

Sports story starts in December 2022
A short clip at the end of the latest Nintendo Indie World revealed that the highly anticipated A golf story continuation, Sports storyit finally starts December 2022. The new trailer showed off a range of activities including fishing, mini-golf, BMX riding and football, revealing more of the game’s impressive world.
