Zero hour
Excalibur welcomes us to the pre-show along with Taz & Tony Schiavone and runs down the card.
AEW All-Atlantic Champion Orange Cassidy, Trent Beretta, Chuck Taylor, Rocky Romero & Danhausen defeated QT Marshall, Aaron Solo, Nick Comoroto, Lee Johnson & Cole Karter
(He started the party match because it was a way to really introduce Danhausen to a more serious demeanor.)
The very mysterious, very evil mystery partner of Best Friends didn’t show up at the start of this one. Taylor & Trent took turns with Sol and Johnson met the same fate with Roppongi Vice. Romero hit his eternal clotheslines in the corner as Marshall ping ponged around. The Factory robbed Excalibur of hitting his line for a Best Friends group hug, as Taz stole it while The Factory hugged Marshall.
Trent was isolated for a moment until he took a knee to avoid a Carter Frog and put a back suplex on Marshall. Cassidy lit up Comoroto with his little kicks. He used his speed to take down Karter, Solo & Johnson and sent Marshall ten shots with the buckle. Cassidy tried a satellite DDT, but Marshall started to hit the brakes hard. Trent reversed Cutter into a Tornado DDT as they all took turns doing their big moves until Cassidy starched Johnson with a satellite DDT. Karter destroyed all three of his teammates in a dive as Rocky, Taylor and Trent hit triple dives. Marshall countered an Orange Punch into Cutter and was about to ram Cassidy into the steps.
Before Marshall could do this, Danhausen with a new gear, entrance and has a glass of teeth and a spike. Slingshot German on Marshall, drop Northern Lights on Karter, lariat on Solo, snap German on Johnson lead to Cassidy hitting the Orange Punch on Comorota. Danhausen poured loose teeth into Comorot’s mouth and hit a pump for the win.

Ricky Starks defeated Brian Cage (with Prince Nana) to advance to the title eliminator tournament
(A good semi-final match that Cage was in control of for the most part as Starks was selling his ribs almost the whole time. Starks had to go through two monsters in two days so it’s taking a toll on the body.)
Ethan Page joined in on commentary for this match as Cage attacked the bell, but Starks turned it into a slug fest that spilled outside. Cage hit a superplex off the ring apron back in and posed for the crowd. Starks attempted a comeback but was quickly beaten in the corner. Cage really held on to the ribs until Starks picked up a boot in the corner and followed up with springing elbows and a clothesline. Starks tried an upper body cross but Cage caught him in a back suplex for two. Starks countered with a reverse DDT into his own Tornado DDT, he tried Roshamb but the ribs were hurt. Cage tried Weapon-X, but Starks got a super close two. Starks responded with a spear that nearly owns the fall. Cage hits a powerbomb, turnbuckle and a lariat, but Starks kicks out again. Starks avoided a top rope elbow, Cage looked for the F-5 but Starks countered into a destroyer and then Roshamb for the win. Page stared down Starks from the ramp as the finals of the Title Eliminator tournament are set for Dynamite.

-Backstage Renee Paquette is with Eddie Kingston, who is minutes away from a dream match. He tells Renee that he doesn’t want to talk right now, but he was 18 when he saw Akiyama and he can’t put into words how he feels about this match. You can hear the crowd chanting for Eddie.
Eddie Kingston defeated Jun Akiyama
(A fantastic back-and-forth battle only enhanced by Kingston’s respect and admiration for Akiyama.)
Huge ovation for Kingston as Akiyama runs through a chop while Kingston blocks a high knee. Both men jockeyed for position before Kingston got a full nelson, Akiyama got the ropes and ate Kingston’s chop which was repeated. Exchanges of chops and forearms rang out loudly as Akiyama’s chest turned red. Akiyama was sent outside, Kingston went after him looking for a half and half on the apron but Akiyama countered with a DDT and a guillotine knee on the apron. With the arms locked, Akiyama ran into a violent curb stomp and a battering ram for two.
Akiyama was cut off again in the ropes as Kingston bit him and nailed a superplex. Machine gun chops from Kingston as Akiyama absorbed them and hit a machine gun forearm. Kingston responded with more chops and hit a half-and-half. Both men emerged to deliver Exploder suplexes before Akiyama hit a charging knee for a double takedown. Kingston avoids another Exploder and hits a perfect DDT of his own. A spinning fist crumbled to Akiyama, who blocked the other into an Exploder and hit an exposed knee right next to him. Kingston fought back with a Northern Lights Bomb and hit another spinning backfist to put Akiyama away at three. Kingston was brought to tears as it was the biggest win of his career with the amount of respect he has for Jun Akiyama. Kingston bowed and shook hands with Akiyama as he gave Akiyama the ring to cheers in a very classy move.
Kingston took the mic match and said not to thank him, it’s about thanking the fans for coming out and thanking Jun Akiyama. Kingston shows respect to Giant Baba, Rikidozan, Mitsuharu Misawa, Jumbo Tsuruta & Antonio Inoki and hopes they’ve all been proud. He went to go through the PPV card himself but was interrupted so he just said goodbye and left which was pretty hilarious.

AEW All Out
Excalibur & Taz are joined by Jim Ross to form the announce team for the show.
“Jungle Boy” Jack Perry defeated Luchasaur (with Christian Cage) in a Steel Cage match
(A war of the opener that led to one of Perry’s biggest wins of his career. It was an excellent contest to open.)
Excalibur only informs us of pinfalls or submissions in this cage match. Perry used his speed early on to avoid the Luchasaur’s clutches, jumping off the cage and hitting a missile dropkick. Luchasaurus grabbed Perry and turf threw him into the cage and already busted him. Luchasaurus separated Perry, tossed him repeatedly into the cage, and delivered a Razor’s Edge into the cage for two. Perry countered into a corner armbar choke, but was interrupted at the top by a massive choke from Luchasaur, who followed with a Cutthroat for two.
The Luchasaurus got in referee Bryce’s face, allowing Christian to pick the pocket of referee Mike Posey, who had the keys to the cage door. The door is open, security went to escort Christian out, but the Luchasaurus cleared them. Perry nailed a ring jump to the floor, but Luchasaurus blocked another jump and shot Perry into the cage. Luchasaurus threw a table, two chairs and Perry himself into the ring. Luchasaur took too long and Perry hit a series of drops and kicked Luchasaur’s face into the cage. Perry laid in the backdrop on the apron as Luchasaurus tried to choke with a chair, but Perry countered the Destroyer off the chair and Killswitch onto the chair for two.
Perry lunged off the chair again, but this time Luchasaurus blocked it for a chair choke. While in the corner, Perry broke free and hit an avalanche. Sliced bread as both men sat down like an undertaker, leading to a slugfest. . Perry got a sleeper but Luchasaurus countered into some Tombstone’s but Perry wouldn’t quit. The Luchasaurus tried to stab through the table but Perry fell asleep and sat the Luchasaurus on the table and turned the chair in front of his face. Perry climbed the cage, kissed his late father and delivered a huge elbow through the table. He was Snare Trap applied and subdued by Luchasarus. After the match, Perry climbed over the cage and hugged his mother and sister at ringside.
