Apple is preparing for its one of the biggest technology events of the year, WWDC 2022 (Apple Worldwide Developers Conference), where it is going to introduce another iPhone.
The technology giant will also release another software update, iOS 16, which is likely to come with many exciting features. According to the new leaks, iOS 16 will bring new tools, such as upgraded locks, along with the termination of updates for first-party applications, including Health and News.
The report also reveals that the upcoming iOS will also bring notification updates and new iPad multitasking features.
Apple seems to be considering merging the left side of the home screen – Today View – with its range of widgets and turning it into a complete lock screen.
It is also reported that iOS 16 will bring a “Always-On” display feature that is similar to what users see on Apple Watch. Although this feature has been available on the Android smartphone for some time, it’s interesting to see Apple integrate it into its devices via iOS 16.
