Sixteen-year-old Judy Huth was deeply upset a few minutes after Bill Cosby allegedly sexually abused her in the 1975 afternoon at Playboy Mansion, her best friend testified on Wednesday.

“This is a plan devised by Judy Huth and her estranged friend Donna Samuelson based on some photographs,” lawyer Jennifer Bonjean said in an introductory statement shortly before Samuelson took a stand. “You’ll learn that Judy Huth has been trying to make money in these photos for decades.”
The trial is one of the last remaining legal claims against Cosby after his criminal conviction in Pennsylvania was rejected by the Court of Appeal last year and his insurer settled many other lawsuits against his will. He will not participate in the trial and will not testify, but parts of the video he provided shortly after the lawsuit was filed in 2014 will be played.
Samuelson testified that Cosby met the two girls a few days ago for a shoot in a park in the Los Angeles area and invited them to come to a club where he would play tennis, then took them to the headquarters as a surprise and said: if they someone asked their age to say they were 18, but no one did.
As Huth told her story to Samuelson, Cosby left to attend an event with a plan to return a few hours later, leaving the girls behind.
Samuelson said she asked her upset friend if she wanted to go to the police or tell someone else, Huth said no. She convinced Huth to stay in the mansion.
“I thought it would calm her down to go swimming and such,” Samuelson testified. “I said, ‘We’re leaving when he gets back.’
She said the mansion’s butler brought the girls a swimsuit of any style, size and color they asked for, and they hung out in the famous mansion’s cave and ordered tequila exits. Then they had dinner at the mansion, where they sat across from actor Peter Lawford.
They were playing the piano when Cosby returned and hugged the terrified Huth. The girls immediately got up to leave, Samuelson said, but just then Playboy boss Hugh Hefner and his girlfriend, model magazine Barbi Benton, came in and Cosby introduced them before they left.
